Core Services

Engineering across the full hardware stack.

Four disciplines, one team — so the handoffs between electrical, mechanical, and software disappear.

/ 01

Consumer Electronics

End-to-end product engineering — schematic, sourcing, DFM, and small-batch production runs ready for the shelf.

/ 02

PCB Design

Multilayer PCB layout for RF, power, and high-speed digital. Hand-routed where it matters, fabrication-ready files delivered.

/ 03

3D Enclosure Design

Industrial-grade enclosures engineered for injection molding, CNC, or SLA — tolerance-aware, assembly-ready.

/ 04

Firmware & Desktop Apps

Custom keyboard firmware, embedded C/C++, and cross-platform desktop applications that talk to your hardware.

Case Studies

Real problems. Measurable solutions.

01 / 03PCB / Firmware

Low-power IoT sensor node

Problem
A logistics client needed a battery-powered sensor running for 18+ months on a single coin cell.
Solution
Designed a 4-layer PCB around an nRF52 SoC, custom sleep schedule firmware, and BLE mesh — yielding 22 months of measured runtime.
22 mo runtime
02 / 03Enclosure / DFM

Medical handheld device

Problem
Prototype tooling produced inconsistent button feel and IP54 sealing failed in field tests.
Solution
Re-engineered the enclosure with overmolded gaskets and snap-fit ribs, validated through 3 mold-flow iterations before tooling.
IP65 certified
03 / 03Keyboard Firmware

Custom mechanical keyboard line

Problem
Boutique brand needed per-key RGB, macros, and a desktop configurator without locking users into proprietary tools.
Solution
Forked QMK with a custom VIA-compatible JSON layer and shipped an Electron configurator signed for macOS and Windows.

Clients

Trusted by founders building real things.

They turned a fragile breadboard into a manufacturable product in twelve weeks. The PCB came back working on the first revision.
Ayesha R.
Founder, Wattcraft
Precision matters in medical hardware. Hackerspace treated tolerances and compliance as first-class concerns from day one.
Dr. Omar K.
CTO, Mediq Devices
Firmware that just works. Their team owned the entire stack — bootloader to desktop app — and shipped on schedule.
